At Connect to Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds in accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws.
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
Please note that personalized items, digital downloads, and subscription services cannot be returned once activated.
To initiate a return:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
